Venue Details
How big is the Venue?
We have 3900 sq feet of covered space which includes the pavilion, main barn, the back hall and foyer in addition to the kitchen and two bathrooms.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our largest event held 325 people comfortably in our barn area.
Do you have an area for a dance floor?
Most people us our beautiful pavilion. However, you may wish to utilize other areas of the barn depending on which setup you desire. The pavilion is beautifully protected against inclement weather. Your dance floor, or ceremony, will not be effected.
Are there outside sites for ceremonies?
Yes, there are two sites that have arches and arbors already in position, but there are other areas that are suitable for outdoor ceremonies and photo opportunities
Do you have a bridal room?
We have a beautiful large suite with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and dressing area available.
Do you have an area for the Groom?
Yes! We now feature a groom's room where he and his groomsman can get ready for the big day and relax.
Decor & Amenities
Does your barn have lighting? Any draping?
There are 6 beautiful chandeliers and cafe lights inside the barn and 1 beautiful large chandelier in the pavilion. We have some draping at two of the doors and in-between the main barn and back hall.
Do you have any props?
We do have two whiskey barrels and multiple props inside the barn for your use. We also have a well stocked prop room that is available to rent.
Do you have tables, chairs, table cloths?
We have a total of 35 tables of different sizes and shape and 175 dark wooden chairs included in our rental. We do not have table cloths.
Do you offer air conditioning?
Yes, we do! For your comfort and convenience our barn comes with air conditioning.
Do you offer a kitchen?
Yes, we have a full-service kitchen you are welcome to use during your visit with us.
Planning & Policies
Do you help with the planning?
No, we do not help with planning of your wedding or event. We do have onsite overseers that will be present the night or day of your event to watch over the barn and grounds. Set up and clean up options are available in our pricing.
Do you offer catering services?
No, we do not cater however, we do provide a list of vendors when you book your wedding or event with us.
Do you allow alcohol?
We have an alcohol provision. Information is available upon request.
Do you require liability insurance?

Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, we require a 35% deposit to book your date.
